2004 is proving to be a very strong year for the Marin real estate market. The average sales price of a single family home during the first 5 months of the year jumped to $1,030,394. This represents an 11.1% increase over the 2003 average sales price of $927,018 and an increase of 144% over the 1994 average sales price of $420,751.
